Welcome to SweetMe. These demo Terms of Service describe the rules for accessing and using the SweetMe website, mobile web experience, content tools, chat features, subscription services, and related products.

By using SweetMe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

SweetMe is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use SweetMe if:

• you are under 18;
• you are barred from using the service under applicable law;
• you previously had an account suspended for serious policy violations;
• you are using the service on behalf of another person without permission.

We may ask you to confirm your age or provide additional information when required for safety, compliance, or payment review.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials private and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

When creating or updating an account, you agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or restrict accounts that use false, misleading, or abusive information.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

SweetMe may offer free features, paid subscriptions, and credit-based purchases. Prices, renewal terms, and included benefits are shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage your subscription settings in your account or through the payment provider used for purchase.

4. User Content

You may submit prompts, preferences, profile details, messages, images, feedback, and other content. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant SweetMe a limited license to host, process, display, and use it to provide and improve the service.

You may not submit content that:

1. violates the rights of another person;
2. is illegal, exploitative, abusive, or non-consensual;
3. attempts to identify or impersonate a private person without permission;
4. includes malware, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

SweetMe may use generative AI features. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it or sharing it.

Generated characters and conversations are fictional. Do not use the service to create or request content involving real private people without their permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
• bypass safety systems, access controls, or rate limits;
• use the service for unlawful activity;
• sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit SweetMe without written permission;
• interfere with another user's experience.

7. Enforcement

We may review activity, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we believe these terms or our policies have been violated.

Enforcement decisions may depend on context, severity, repeat behavior, and legal requirements.

8. Disclaimers

SweetMe is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetMe and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
